I agree with you that they don't make it very clear because in their sign-up they don't allow you to choose any residence outside the USA but when you get to the order page you can choose from a long list of countries! And the shipping is $5. I live in Spain and ordered 2 shirts yesterday so I can assure you that it works. They only thing I don't get is why I have to order everything seperately, you'd think that if I can order 3 of the same shirts and pay only $5 shipping they could do the same for 3 different shirts.
