I’ve got them.

I get them more often than I’d like.

Now what to do with them….

  • What sometimes works for me is excercise.

    Or Side A of the Stooges “Fun House.” But that’s just my own warped version of reverse psychology — not really suggested for the tame of heart.

    Then again, never underestimate the power of a good shrink, although bad ones are far easier to come by.

    Yeah, better stick with excercise. 😉

  • =:) Yes, you’re right, exercise does wonders for the psyche. ‘course, ’tis a chain reaction that must start with getting a good night sleep, getting up earlier, etc. And, there’s the rub. =:)
