how you say, ‘filing cabinet’?

Well, I used to have a section here about a patch I contributed to gkrellm to allow it to comfortably rest inside blackbox’s "slit" (think dock/wharf), but since gkrellm 0.9.7, it’s been accepted into gkrellm’s source. I guess I won’t mention it after all… Er. Wait… =;) I’ve written a shnazzy little utility (perl script) for use with the blackbox window manager. We’re living in the midst of a knowledge explosion right now, and it is absolutely amazing what man can do these days. But what really saddens and worries me is that in the midst of all of our “brilliance”, we’ve convinced ourselves that we’re all we need in this world. We can do so much more, so much faster, so much better, and so much Read more…

and in this corner…

Work, work, work…. I am currently employed by the Rite Aid Corporation (yes, the drug-store chain) as a Systems Engineer, as you can see by my resume. I don’t really feel like just duplicating the information on my resume here, so I’ll let you look at my resume and you can see all the glorious details…. =:) Oh yeah, did I mention… you can find my resume here. =:) Briefly then…. I am a versatile and experienced systems developer with a wide range of technology skills. I have strong expertise in configuring and developing internet-based systems. I have an excellent work ethic and good user interaction skills due to my background in retail management. I have experience in the full Read more…
